Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of exceptional and disappointing experiences. The beautifully decorated and well-equipped room with a stunning sea view was a highlight, but the noise from guests walking above kept me up all night. It's unfortunate that breakfast was not included at the price point.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel - the room was spacious and had a large bath which was a nice touch, but unfortunately, the lack of air conditioning made it very hot, even with two fans running. The service staff were accommodating and friendly, although there was a minor issue with my key not working. The location was ideal for my travel plans, with a stunning view of the beach, but there was a trade-off for this prime spot. The dining experience had its highs and lows - the quality of ingredients was good, but some elements could have been better. Overall, the facilities met my expectations in terms of cleanliness and comfort, but there were some drawbacks to consider.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the rooms were beautifully decorated and spacious with a proper bed for our little boy, they were a bit smaller than expected with a very cramped bathroom and no view out of the window, just a wall. However, the excellent breakfasts and helpful staff added value to the stay, although it felt a bit overpriced for the overall experience.
Staying here was an absolute delight! The rooms were superb, spacious, and modern, making my experience truly enjoyable. The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making everything so easy. The location is excellent, right on the romantic Botany Bay, perfect for a lovely weekend away. The dining options were exceptional value, although a bit limited. Overall, a fantastic stay that was well worth it.
The hotel is perched on top of the cliff above a secluded little beach, offering a terrific location for beach walks to either Broadstairs or Margate. The rooms are very spacious, nicely furnished, and clean, although the view onto a big black fence can be particularly sad for solo travelers. The service, including reception, servers, and cleaners, was excellent, catering to our needs with politeness and friendliness, although one incident of rudeness was noted. The dining experience, except for the last night, was very nice, with a large selection and a lovely view near the accessible beach. The facilities are well-maintained, and the hotel is complimented by great, willing staff for an enjoyable stay.
